How to Move Forward in Life When It’s Crashing Down?

Think your soul is crashing down and don’t know how to move forward in life?

Familiar situation, you know!

You think there’s no way out, no reason to live for, numerous reasons to die for.

When it comes to our feelings we feel like no one can feel like us at the moment.

You know what?

You’re right! No one can really feel the way you do!

1. There is Always a Lesson Waiting for You There

Remember – everything happens for a reason.

If you’re feeling depressed, sad, suicidal, or mad, then life has brought that to you to teach something.

There is a lesson waiting for you there. Your task is to grab it and get rid of that pain.

How to pass through this tough situation, think a minute. Instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?” say “Ok, how or what life is trying to teach me?

When you find the answer once, next time you’ll be much wiser! 🙂

2. Don’t Underestimate Your Value in the World

This strikes to the core of why you need to take the opportunity to find new reasons to live when you feel like you can’t go on.

Don’t be so sure you own yourself the way you own an object.

You’ve got incredible value just for being you. You don’t need to achieve anything to have value. You don’t need to be in a relationship to have value.

Also, you shouldn’t be successful, make more money, or be what you may judge as a good parent.

You just have to keep on living and start acting with kindness. It’s enough to be a participant in life and contribute to others around you.

3. Keep in Mind That it Can’t Get Any Worse

If everything is falling apart and you’re experiencing the most profound pain, know that it can’t get any worse. You’ve likely hit rock bottom; there’s no further down to go.

When you’re down in life, the only place you can go is up. Breathe a sigh of relief at life’s worst point; it can only get better from here.

4. When You Think No Way Out, Leave Your Phone at Home & Go for a Walk

When you think a second there can be no way out there’s a simple solution. During your walk, you can think about how to move forward in life.

Believe me, fresh air will do its job – you’ll think wider and out of the box.

5. You’ve Already Come Back from This Before

Maybe this is painful or devastating, but you’ve already gone through this in your life before.

When your back was against the wall and you didn’t feel like you had a future, you stepped up to the occasion and succeeded. You have the experience, tools, and habit of resiliency to turn your life back around.

6. Everything is Temporary as Nothing Lasts Forever

When I say that everything is temporary, I’m serious!

Yes, nothing is forever!

Every circumstance, all the pain, and every toughest way are temporary.

Everything enters your life and flows away from it. The challenges you’re facing today will eventually disappear. The pain will lessen and tears will dry up.

What you should do is to preserve each day until you get to a better day.

7. Go for a Ride (on Bicycle or Bike)

Did you know that regular riding can help you reduce the stress levels of your body?

Really – riding a bicycle helps to get refreshed and clean your mind.

Try a couple of times and you’ll get what I mean! 😉

8. You’ll Feel Better Tomorrow

No matter how bad things are today, the sun will rise again tomorrow.

You can welcome the new circumstances, new perspectives, and a new day. Each day will bring new promises and hope, so hang on.

Do the work you need to get through each day and also know brighter days are on the horizon.

9. Maybe This is Your Wake-up Call

You may be afraid to make changes or take a risk. This situation could be the unwanted but necessary wake-up call you needed in life.

What you should know or what changes you should make? What situation can you be in?

If you’re ignoring or not accepting something in your life, think a minute, change yourself to become more apparent and you’re more aware.

10. Never Lose Hope!

Not losing hope is one of the best tips on how to move forward in life.

Never lose hope!

I know what I say, believe me. You can’t just imagine what not losing hope can lead to in the future. All the painful moments can be gone if you truly believe and take some steps to getting what you want.
