Do Women Like Beards?

Have you ever wondered – women like beards or not? This is a crucial question to answer as you’ve spent months growing out your facial hair.

If you already know the answer, don’t forget to take care of it. When beards are bad, they begin to repulse people. And if your partner hates your facial hair, you probably haven’t heard the end of it.

Based on PrimandPrep.com’s survey of 334 women ages 18 t0 44, it turns out women like some very specific styles. Women divided into some groups with their opinions of clean-shaven to full beard and highlighted these 4 styles out of 7 which they think are the most attractive.

1. Short Stubble

This was the most attractive style for the researched 38 percent of women between the ages of 25 to 34. 24 percent of women, between 18 – 24, also found this the most attractive and 18 percent of 35 to 44-year-olds agreed.

Thus, the winner is Short Stubble Beard – this is the most preferable type of beard for women.

2. Clean Shaven

With 38 percent, between the ages of 18 to 24, this style dropped to the second place. This proves the fact that young women prefer men with a beard rather than shaped.

3. Long Stubble

This beard look is also attractive, but only for only 5 percent of women, between 18 – 24. On the other hand, 21 percent of the mid-age group and 33 percent of the older group approved – this is their favorite beard style.

4. Full Beard

Here again, the youngest category of women – 17 percent, approved the full beard as the best one, another group of 18 to 24-year-old women – 15 percent of the middle group also agreed.

However, an overwhelming 33 percent of the oldest group women agreed on the 3-rd type of beard style.
