However, there is one thing which can’t be changed – the core focus should remain the customers’ needs. The product manager is responsible for bringing together all the parts needed for the success of the product – technology, business, and users. Here, the technology includes the product itself, the business represents those that have the ability to bring the product to market and the customers operating in the business sphere.

The need of product managers continues to expand year by year. There are a variety of roles as well as some responsibilities depending on the experience level of the professional. Some core responsibilities of product management roles include but not limited with the following:
